Answer the following questions re:
Mother T., Phrase 3:
1. Have you ever had success with something
and then people...
...who you hadn't been friends with before, all
of a sudden wanted to be your friend?
...who may have been your friends were unkind -
even mean - to you once you achieved success
(perhaps because they were jealous)?
2. Think about a time when a friend of
yours has achieved success.
- Did you celebrate that person with your
words and actions? In what way?
- Were you jealous? If so, did you hide that?
Or did you behave in an unkind way towards
that person?
Write in clear/complete sentences. Do NOT
answer the questions as if they are in front
of the reader. Write as if you are contemplating
these ideas on your own and incorporate
the questions in your answers.
EX: One time a friend of mine got chosen
to be the Student of the Week at my old
school. I was really excited for him because
he was a really kind, up beat person who
always tried his hardest...etc.
Be sure to write neatly, use the correct format
for assignments, and turn this in on time.
