Refer to the list of emotions you were
given in class to help you.
Start with one or more emotion(s)
that you typically (on a daily basis)
experience. Write down how that emotion
feels in your body. Discuss how you express
that emotion through actions/behaviors.
Do the same with an emotion that you
are uncomfortable with, and an emotion
you enjoy experiencing.
